Assignment Policies
Homework: Daily assignments will not be accepted if they are more than three (3) school days late. Your grade will be reduced one letter grade per day the assignment is late. If you are absent the day homework is due, you must turn it in the day you return to school regardless of it being an A day or B day.
Makeup Work: If you are absent you must check your class website or stop by my classroom during Homeroom to get your assignments. You will have an equal number of school days missed to complete the assignments. For example, if you miss one (1) school day, you will have one (1) school day to complete and turn in the work.
Tests/Quizzes: If you are absent the day of a test or quiz, you must stop by my classroom during Homeroom the day you return to school to schedule a time to take your test/quiz. If you are absent the class day before a test or quiz, you are still expected to take the test/quiz on the orignal test/quiz date.
Projects/Papers: No late projects/papers will be accepted, regardless of attendance! If you are absent the day a project/paper is due, the project/paper must be brought to the office or emailed to me by 3:00 pm on the due date. If you email an assignment to me, do not assume it was received until you receive a confirmation email.
